4. The price per ticket is $25.00 or five tickets for $100.00, payable by check or credit card. Checks should be made out to National Museum of Wildlife Art. The Museum also accepts payment via American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. Credit card payments may be made by phone or email. Checks and credit cards that are returned or declined for insufficient funds or any other reason will disqualify the ticket. All payments must be received prior to 8:00PM September 18, 2009.
5. Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names and contact information on each raffle ticket.
6. Retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub.
7. The ticket price is not deductible for income tax purposes as a charitable deduction. All proceeds, less prize and expenses, will benefit the National Museum of Wildlife Art.
8. The car drawing will be held at the National Museum of Wildlife Art, during the Western Visions Miniatures and More Show & Sale, Friday, September 18, 2009. The winner will be determined via a random drawing.
9. Contest rules are subject to change by the National Museum of Wildlife Art Staff. By entering the contest, participants agree to accept these official rules and the decisions of the contest sponsor as final and binding in all respects.
10. The winner is responsible for submitting a W-2 G form for any prizes he or she may receive. WINNER MUST PAY ALL REGISTRATION FEES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE OR USE THE CAR. The winner will not be required to pay sales tax on the car.
11. Winner(s) must accept ownership of the prize(s) within 6 weeks from date of drawing or forfeit the prizes(s).
12. Winner(s) need not be present to win.
13. Prizes are not transferable.
14. The winner will be posted on the Museum’s website. The winner agrees that their name and / or likeliness may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by the National Museum of Wildlife Art for publicity purposes.

raffle. The Museum bought a 2009 MINI Cooper from Ralph Schomp Automotive, 5700 South
Broadway, Littleton, CO 80121.
The 2009 MINI Cooper’s verifiable retail value: $20,000.2. The raffle is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Museum and members of their immediate families and households are eligible.
